On 21 May 2026, Overseas Tutorial Centre (OTC) received a centre renewal approval notice from OTHM Qualifications. The notice was issued by Elise Labram from OTHM's centre approval team and confirms OTC's continued status as an OTHM-approved teaching and assessment centre.

OTC's OTHM centre number remains DC1802235. The centre name has been updated to Overseas Tutorial Centre, replacing the previous name Overseas Tutorial College, while the centre number remains unchanged.

This name update does not affect existing or new learner registrations, assessment arrangements or the continuity of OTC's OTHM centre record.

Qualifications Covered by This Renewal

Based on the renewal correspondence between OTC and OTHM, OTC is currently approved to continue offering the following OTHM qualifications.

Level 3: OTHM Level 3 Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies.

Business and management provision from Level 4 to Level 6: OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management, OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Business Management and OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Business Management.

Postgraduate-level provision at Level 7: OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Project Management and OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership.

The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Accounting and Finance was not included in this renewal scope. OTC has informed OTHM that this qualification will be deferred until a suitably qualified tutor is in place. This does not affect the renewal of the other approved qualifications.

Under OTHM's centre renewal process, approved centres must periodically submit updated evidence to confirm continuing compliance with OTHM requirements.
