New clients contacting OTC through Threads can receive free personal statement outline support. OTC Student Services helps organise your genuine experience, paragraph order and key points around your target programme so you can write your own first draft.

For a class project, for example: your role and contribution → what you learned → how it relates to your chosen subject.

Message us with “Threads new client PS outline”, your programme links, current course and year, deadline and word limit, one or two relevant experiences, and any draft or notes. Unknown details can be left undecided; remove your name and student number from documents.

The free support covers the outline and key points. Full-draft review, English editing, translation and application services have separate scope and fee arrangements.

Getting started

Send programme links, your deadline and whether you have a draft. New clients from Threads can request the free outline support above. For other services, we agree the scope, fee, revision rounds and delivery dates first.

Depending on the agreed scope, you receive an outline, comments or tracked edits. You add missing information and revise, then we review. You approve the final content and submit it.

You can ask for help with one statement, Chinese notes or planning from scratch. Urgent work depends on availability.

Fees

Fees depend on length, draft condition, programme versions and revision rounds. PS outline support is free for new clients from Threads. Beyond that scope, Hong Kong application support and standalone statement services are chargeable.

For overseas applications eligible for free agency support, we explain which document assistance is included. Extra editing or translation, university application fees, tuition and other third-party costs are separate.

Total fees, applicable tax, delivery, payment, cancellation and refund arrangements are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Before you submit

Your statement must reflect your own experience and follow the institution’s rules on outside help and AI use. We do not invent experience or guarantee admission.

No identity documents are needed for an initial enquiry. You may remove your name, student number and contact details from drafts.
