Service Overview

What this service does

A family-side planning and application support service for students considering a US high-school exchange or longer school route. OTC separates J-1 exchange rules from F-1 school admission, then organises the questions, evidence, budget and safeguarding checks needed before a family commits.

面向比較 J-1 中學交換與 F-1 公立或私立高中就讀路徑的學生及家庭。

J-1 exchange and F-1 school study are different routes

Run through a U.S. Department of State-designated sponsor, normally with a host family or at a boarding school and subject to the programme's eligibility rules.
F-1 high-school study
Begins with admission to an SEVP-certified school and Form I-20. Public secondary-school attendance has statutory time and tuition restrictions.

Verification comes before application

OTC provides family-side education planning, document organisation and coordination. OTC is not automatically a U.S. Department of State-designated sponsor, an SEVP-certified school, a host family, a visa authority or an immigration law firm. Placement, admission, host-family, school-credit, visa and entry outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Reviewed against official U.S. government information in September 2026. Programme, school and visa rules can change; current requirements must be reconfirmed before application or payment.
