We first confirm the destination, passport, residence, purpose and dates. Requirements are country-specific and the scope is agreed before work starts.
What you receive
Agreed deliverables can include an official-source checklist with review dates, a missing-information log, a preparation timeline, a document and version index, and a departure checklist.
We help identify factual inconsistencies in names, dates and itinerary details and organise questions for you or an appropriately qualified professional. Translation, certification and extra revision rounds are agreed separately.

You retain your accounts, passwords and verification codes. You verify application facts, payments and final submission. Preparation support does not mean an application has been submitted or an appointment secured.
Fees and third-party costs
Fees depend on the destination, document volume, preparation progress and level of follow-up required. The initial enquiry establishes your needs; any charge is confirmed in writing before work starts, with a clear description of what is included.
The agreement specifies destinations and applications covered, duration, meetings, revision rounds, response times, postponement, cancellation and refund terms. Government and visa-centre fees, ETA fees, translation, certification, courier, insurance and travel costs are separate unless expressly included.
Visiting the UK during a career break
Leaving a job does not automatically make someone ineligible as a visitor. Organise the genuine purpose, accommodation, duration, funding and departure plans, and describe your employment position truthfully.
Check visa or ETA requirements for your passport and circumstances. A return ticket, insurance, visa or ETA does not itself guarantee entry; the relevant authorities make the decision.
Questions and service boundaries
Can you guarantee a visa or entry? No. We do not guarantee decisions, processing times or appointments and do not create false evidence or coach concealment.
What about refusals, overstaying or disputed status? Refer case-specific decisions to an appropriately qualified professional. OTC provides administrative document organisation, public-information research and communication support, not regulated immigration advice, eligibility decisions, appeals or legal representation.
Do I send identity and banking documents immediately? No. Start with passport country or territory, residence, destination, purpose and dates. Agree the purpose and transfer method before sending necessary documents. Never send passwords or verification codes.
