想準備留學、重新開始學英文，或尋找 IELTS／TOEFL 輔導時，學生常遇到同一個問題：知道自己想進步，卻說不清楚目前最需要補的是什麼。只有一個舊成績，或一句「英文普通」，也很難讓老師判斷應從哪裡開始。

海外督導 Overseas Tutorial Centre（OTC）推出 OTC English Four-Skills Check，把聽力、閱讀、口說與寫作的初步作答放在同一個工具中。學生可先留下自己的答案與作品，再決定是否需要進一步評閱或課程支援。現在免費開始診斷。

When preparing to study abroad, restarting English or looking for IELTS or TOEFL tuition, it can be difficult to explain what support you need. An old result or a general description of your English may leave important gaps.

OTC English Four-Skills Check brings introductory listening, reading, speaking and writing tasks into one browser-based tool. It helps you collect a starting sample of your work before discussing further review or tuition. Start the free check.

四項內容，各自看什麼？ / What does the check cover?

聽力：三段英語音訊，合共 12 題，初步觀察對主要意思與細節的理解。閱讀：三篇短文，合共 12 題，觀察資訊定位與內容理解。聽讀提交作答後可核對結果及解說。

口說：兩個任務，可錄音、播放及下載。寫作：兩項短寫作，包括約 60–90 字電郵及 120–180 字觀點短文。App 保留原稿，不即時評分；完整系統診斷書在後續程序產生。目前不提供人工評閱。

Listening: 12 questions across three English audio clips. Reading: 12 questions across three short texts. These give an initial view of understanding main ideas and details, with answer checking and explanations after an attempt.

Speaking: two tasks with recording and download. Writing: a 60–90-word email and a 120–180-word opinion response. The app preserves work without immediate grading; a full system diagnostic is produced through a separate workflow. Human review is not currently offered.

適合哪些學生？結果如何使用？ / Who is it for, and how should results be used?

適合暫時沒有近期英文成績、希望了解四項差異、準備與老師討論課程，或需要整理留學前英文學習方向的學生。已有正式考試成績者，也可把作答樣本與原有成績一起提供，讓討論更具體。

例如閱讀答題較順利，但口說難以把原因說完整，下一步可與老師討論口語組織和細節表達；若聽力經常漏掉關鍵資訊，可先討論聽辨與筆記練習。這些是教學討論的方向，仍需結合實際答案及教師判斷。

本工具是初步學習診斷，未經標準化考試效度驗證；結果不能換算為 IELTS、TOEFL 或 CEFR 等級，也不能作為院校入學或語言資格證明。

It is suitable for learners without recent English results, those exploring differences across the four skills, and students preparing to discuss tuition or study-abroad language preparation. Existing formal results can be considered alongside the new work samples.

For example, a learner who reads comfortably but struggles to explain reasons aloud may discuss organising spoken answers with a teacher. A learner who misses key listening details may need listening and note-taking practice. These are possible discussion points, subject to review of the actual work.

This is an introductory learning check, not a validated standardised examination. Results cannot be converted into IELTS, TOEFL or CEFR levels or used as admission or language-certification evidence.

使用方法：完成、保存、再討論 / How to use it: complete, save and discuss

① 開啟工具，預留約 35–45 分鐘，也可以分段完成。按頁面指示填寫需要的資料，可使用暱稱。② 選擇安靜環境，準備耳機及可錄音的裝置；按瀏覽器提示允許麥克風，或使用音訊上傳選項。

③ 用自己目前會的英文完成四項任務，不用翻譯工具、AI 或代答；不會的可以留空。④ 到「我的報告」下載 TXT／JSON 結果，或使用列印功能保存 PDF。口說音檔須另外下載，請在關閉或重新整理頁面前保存。

⑤ 完成後下載 JSON、TXT 及各口說音檔。如需完整診斷，可把資料交給 OTC 的後續系統處理流程。工作台會整理原始資料、初評、複核與引文檢查，再匯出診斷書。這不是網站提交後即時自動生成的服務。閱讀完整指南。

1. Open the tool and allow around 35–45 minutes, or complete it in stages. You may use a nickname. 2. Find a quiet place and prepare headphones and a recording-capable device. Allow microphone access when prompted, or use the audio upload option.

3. Work independently, without translation tools, AI or someone answering for you. Leave an answer blank if needed. 4. Download your TXT or JSON report from My Report, or print to PDF. Download speaking audio separately before closing or refreshing the page.

5. Download JSON, TXT and each audio file. OTC’s separate system workflow organises original evidence, initial analysis, cross-checking and quotation validation before report export. This is not an instant automated website service. Read the guide.

免費範圍與資料保存 / Free access and saving your work

初步診斷 App 及 Payhip 入門下載包免費。免費自助內容包含短任務、聽讀核對、原稿匯出與指南。完整系統診斷需在另一程序處理，目前不承諾自動即時生成或真人批改；課程合作安排另行確認。

App 不會自動把作答提交給 OTC。文字與選項使用目前瀏覽器的本機儲存，錄音需要另行下載；清除瀏覽器資料或更換裝置可能使本機記錄無法取得。使用共用裝置時，先保存需要的結果，再清除資料。分享報告與音檔前，先確認對象及用途。

The introductory app and access pack are free. Self-service tasks, listening and reading checks, original-work exports and the guide are included. A full system report requires a separate workflow; instant automatic generation and human marking are not offered. Teaching arrangements are agreed separately.

The app does not automatically submit your answers to OTC. Text and choices use local browser storage; recordings need separate downloads. Clearing browser data or changing devices may make local work unavailable. On a shared device, save what you need and then clear your work. Confirm the recipient and purpose before sharing reports or audio.

完整系統診斷書樣本與可用性 / Detailed system report sample and workflow

虛構 DEMO-01 樣本：聽力 8／12（已答 11）、閱讀 10／12（已答 12）；兩篇寫作 69 及 132 字；未提供口說音檔，不判斷發音、流暢度或口說分數。閱讀完整報告樣本（可列印另存 PDF）。

報告包含資料完整度、四項總覽、寫作逐字證據與分析、口說資料缺口、優先改善項目、兩週學習安排、配課問題、複核紀錄及用途限制。下載原始 JSON · 下載原始 TXT。

開啟系統診斷工作台：匯入原始 JSON → 下載初評工作單交由 ChatGPT 處理 → 匯入初評並下載複核工作單 → 匯入複核結果 → 自動檢查引文、匯出 HTML／JSON，HTML 可列印為 PDF。無需反覆複製貼上原文，但仍需在 ChatGPT 與工作台間交接檔案。

可用性檢查涵蓋資料格式、數字一致性、引文對照、缺資料不評及安全排版。這些功能檢查不等於測驗信效度驗證。樣本明確標為虛構，沒有冒充實際執行的教師或 API 複核。

DEMO-01 is fictional: listening 8/12 with 11 answered, reading 10/12 with 12 answered, writing samples of 69 and 132 words, and no speaking audio. Read the detailed report sample (Chinese-led; print-to-PDF available).

The report includes evidence completeness, original writing with quoted feedback, missing speaking evidence, priorities, a two-week plan, matching questions and actual processing records. Download original JSON · Download TXT.

The system diagnostic workbench prepares files for initial analysis and cross-checking in ChatGPT, validates imported quotations and exports HTML/JSON reports. File handover is required; this is not unattended website generation.

Functional tests cover input consistency, quotation checks, missing evidence and safe rendering; they do not establish examination validity. The fictional sample does not claim actual API or human review.
