Policy-facing briefings, international-school family sessions and partner due diligence.
OTC is building a structured vocational pathway screening layer for Australian TAFE, VET, English preparation, diploma, advanced diploma and TAFE-to-university progression routes, with China-side outreach now developing through Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Xi'an.
OTC Australia Route is now developing two sides of the route at the same time: Australia-facing coordination and China-facing outreach. Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Xi'an are being used as briefing and screening cities for family consultations, channel training, VET / TAFE explanation and student evidence-pack preparation. Outreach does not imply provider appointment, visa assurance or guaranteed admission.

Northwest China pilot city for VET / TAFE briefings, channel training and student evidence-pack preparation.
The five-city rollout is an education-information, pathway-explanation, document-readiness and channel-communication activity. Formal applications, provider representation, regulated migration/legal/tax/professional-registration matters remain subject to written authority, official rules and qualified professional advice.
VET and TAFE routes sit between school, English preparation, university progression and career qualification planning. OTC's first step is to maintain a state-by-state screening map so that students can be guided by course level, occupation direction, English readiness, document requirements and institution process before any formal application or professional referral is made.
Sector boards are maintained under the Chinese site to support course screening, provider checks and document readiness. They are education planning tools, not immigration or employment advice.

For each priority provider, OTC should create a private record with provider website, international contact, agent / representative application route, required company documents, training requirements, approved course areas, published policies and the date of last review. The public website should remain an index, while contracts and commercial channels stay private.
